Signed up for their membership online and have had nothing but issues trying to it. Each time I go I have to sit there for 10 minutes while they figure out what the issue is. Asked for a refund and they refused to issue one stating they don't issue refunds. Terrible customer service.
We were originally members of Hoffman Car Wash, and we used their membership until Tidal Wave opened. We decided we would give them a try to see how they compared to Hoffman, and we are VERY glad we made the switch. An employee even told us that Hoffman actually leaves “micro-scratches” and that Tidal Wave was safer. They also clean much better and their membership is $10 cheaper than Hoffman. I haven’t been but reading the flier. Looks like u can only wash once a day. Hoffman down the street is as many times as u want! Sometimes i go when i leave and when i return home.. is this true about tidal wave?? Is it only once daily??
