Ive had a membership here for about 2 months and will be switching to the other one in town. The posted hours say closes at 7 but by 6, they've put away all the towels and spray bottles, more than half of the vacuum hoses are broken and low power, and the lights are never on so you're doing your interior in the dark. I would come here almost daily and more than half the times, there's one or two parts to the wash that aren't working...blowers, hot wax, roller cloth, etc....pretty bad disrepair for a new place!
Really bad with giving employees enough credit for there work, and some of the employees are actually so rude or look miserable doing there job they really need to step up the work or something, not very organized either.
