Prices SUCK. $21 for barebones and they push the stupid (impossible to cancel) memberships HARD. Mike’s prices are already egregious, this place takes the cake so far. And like Mikes and Carriage House, the “clean” really isn’t that spectacular. You still end up spending 30 mins wiping the car with microfibers to achieve some crumb of shine.
Great new car wash! Extremely clean and well maintained with helpful employees. Love that the vacuums are free with a wash unlike some other places and they offer cleaning supplies free as well.
I had the same occurrence happen with Tidal Wave in Mason charging my account over $50 without my consent. The fee was for $10 for unlimited car washes in June ONLY. People should check their credit cards. I had to dispute the matter with my credit card company who gave me the corporate office #. The young lady was nice & stated I would be credited & delete the account that I DID NOT set up, let alone know about.
My wife purchased the free month during their promotion however they turn off the brushes that work the top of the car when you have a luggage rack leaving a line of dirt on the hood and top, so she cancelled in June. In July we were charged and contacted them and was told we would be refunded, then we were charged in August and now they state they can refund August but not July even though they have record of us canceling in June (July was a phone call unfortunately). Do not recommend.
