it’s very difficult to figure out how to cancel online. I tried calling and waited on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. And if you don’t cancel within seven days, they charge you again.

Really helpful and nice employees and wash was better than others. Super powerful dryers, which I thought were going to snap my bug deflector in two. Signed up for a monthly plan, but decided to cancel due to being afraid my bug deflector wouldn't survive that many more times. Canceling the monthly membership was a bad experience - emailed 3 different times and didn't get a response. Had to drive down there in person to cancel.
