My experience here has always been just okay. I appreciate the extra rags and cleaning spray. Everyone is always nice. But it’s gotten more frustrating the last couple of times due to me paying $20 for a wash and getting a half cleaned car. The roof is never clean. I had to wipe it off completely myself. The front of the car still had dirt and bug splats all over it. The front windshield, you could still see the path of the wipers and lots of big splats. 0 stars!!! We specifically asked staff to turn off the brushes before our BMW went through, since it has a satin finish that brushes can damage. They said okay, but the brushes ran the entire wash and scrubbed the car anyway. When I asked the manager why, he got argumentative and insisted the brushes had been turned off. I pointed out they clearly brushed the car the whole way through, and he kept repeating the same line instead of addressing what actually happened. Ok, this is a great Carwash. I marked it down because every time I come here, you have people sitting in the club member lane only that aren’t club members. So I’ve been sitting here forever now, and there’s two people taking both lanes and neither of them can figure out how to work the machine apparently. And there’s a whole line behind me. You need to start making these people go back around and get in the appropriate lane instead of letting them sit here for five or six minutes each blocking members who are sitting behind... read more
