Couldn't tell me what I needed. The owner not available. Esmeralda the only helpful person struggled with contacting owner. Not enough knowledgeable workers or service personnel. Is supposed to be the area distributor for Hot Spot Hot Tubs-yeah right. The plaxe is a dump. Left and went to Able Pool and Spa where we got our products for our newly installed hot tub. They were absolutely no help. This busines owner is spread too thin in his 4 busineses.

The guy came out and looked at my pool. Gave me some quotes, I called him the following week to tell him I liked the quotes but he never returned my call. A few weeks later I got my quotes from other pool people and saw that he was over pricing. Last year , without me knowing this , he did the same thing to my husband. Very poor customer service.
I interact mostly with Faye and Manuel. Always courteous and professional. Manuel is efficient and always smiling and happy. Always a great job!
Best prices on Hot Springs Spas in El Paso and Southern New Mexico – The owner is a good guy and willing to help the customer with sales and customer service. Staff and Technician are helpful and pleasent. Made sense to buy as the prices were better than Las Cruces.
