I've run into the owner actually at the car wash several times. Always friendly, always helpful and it's occasionally busy... But never been broken or out of order. Good vibes there
Falsley advertises you will receive a "undercarriage wash" with your $20 car wash. It only sprays off the sides. There is no interaction with the underside of the car which is the main thing I was paying for
Truthfully I never thought I'd leave a review on a car wash. But I have to say -- I had an issue at Tidal Wash today in Castle Rock, I assumed I was out $16, but figured I would try and call the number listed to see if anybody would pick up. To my surprise, somebody picked up, and I have truthfully never had a better customer service experience in my life.
