I had tidal tech resurface my bad pool spots. I have been dealing with Sean he is one heck of a guy, you can’t find them any better or nicer than him , my pool was a mess because my pool guys who I trusted did a lousy job maintaining it , as you can see pictures don’t lie, I trust Sean completely , I am very very happy with the work he did , i highly recommend him. He is honest and courteous. So any time you need any kind of service for your pool call Sean .
I contacted no less than 5 pool companies. Because my pool was 20 Yrs old all five were only interested in resurfacing. They had no interest in evaluating the spots and discoloration. Tidle Tech came out and said they could acid wash my pool and that would remove 90% of stains. They were correct, I was astonished at the difference . Sean did an amazing job repairing leaks and resurfacing our hot tub. He went above and beyond for us ! Both he and Cristina were wonderful to work with and our hot tub looks beautiful ! I highly recommend Tidal Tech !
Sean is a super nice guy. Veni, vedi, vici. He came, he saw, he conquered (well, fixed). He was looking for a leak, watching, listening, using dye, eventually patched the lights and skimmers. HUGE improvement, if not complete resolution (still doing my bucket tests, we may need to dig a bit deeper...But from meeting Sean, I believed him when he said he would look further if needed). I am also planning to get him involved with other projects of pump, heater and panel replacements. To be continued!!!
Our pool had been losing a lot of water. Sean came out and ran several test and check the entire pool, pump, filter, pipes, and even put scuba gear on to check the bottoms drains. Found the leak and saved the day. Excellent work and good job.
