I called Tidal Tech yesterday and I explained to them the issues I had with my pool that I was I suddenly loosing over an inch a day of water. (To me it was an emergency). Christina from Tidal Tech came to my house in less than 24 hours from my original call and did all the initial test for leaks. I had tidal tech resurface my bad pool spots. I have been dealing with Sean he is one heck of a guy, you can’t find them any better or nicer than him , my pool was a mess because my pool guys who I trusted did a lousy job maintaining it , as you can see pictures don’t lie, I trust Sean completely , I am very very happy with the work he did , i highly recommend him. He is honest and courteous. So any time you need any kind of service for your pool call Sean .

We knew we had a leak, just not where. I was expecting a major issue with a high expense. Christina came out, checked the pump, filter, heater then walked around the pool looking at the tiles and checked the skimmer. She found the problem quickly and repaired it right away. Nowhere near the problem I expected. I am very impressed and thankful. She also explained a lot about pool care and how to look for small problems before they become big problems. I would most definitely recommend calling Tidal Tech if you suspect a leak.

I contacted no less than 5 pool companies. Because my pool was 20 Yrs old all five were only interested in resurfacing. They had no interest in evaluating the spots and discoloration. Tidle Tech came out and said they could acid wash my pool and that would remove 90% of stains. They were correct, I was astonished at the difference . Please see the included picture (sorry the light does not help) A definite line can be seen on the wall before and after the acid was applied.
