I called Tidal Tech yesterday and I explained to them the issues I had with my pool that I was I suddenly loosing over an inch a day of water. (To me it was an emergency). Christina from Tidal Tech came to my house in less than 24 hours from my original call and did all the initial test for leaks. Within 30 minutes she discovered where the leak was and immediately started working to repair it. I used to shudder when it came to pool filter repairs. It's just like my car, I know nothing, so am at the mercy of companies to be truthful. I got scammed alot. 'Til I found Tidal Tech. Honesty goes along way with me. I was given various options, til we settled on one to fit my budget and satisfaction, thanks to their honest advice. They show up when they say they will. They answer phone calls and respond to texts in a timely manner. Their work is clean, complete and I am so glad I found them.
I had tidal tech resurface my bad pool spots. I have been dealing with Sean he is one heck of a guy, you can’t find them any better or nicer than him , my pool was a mess because my pool guys who I trusted did a lousy job maintaining it , as you can see pictures don’t lie, I trust Sean completely , I am very very happy with the work he did , i highly recommend him. He is honest and courteous. So any time you need any kind of service for your pool call Sean .
Tidal Tech was great to work with. They were timely, responsive, thorough, and very knowledgeable. They found and repaired my swimming pool leak that other leak detection outfits weren't able to locate. I definitely recommend them.
