I have used these guys on several jobs. They give accurate estimates, show up when they say they will, and have never had to come back out for something installed incorrectly. I will hire them again.
We were in Charleston for a few weeks and needed new instruments and autopilot for our 40' Caliber Sailboat. My Raymarine axiom chart plotter was acting up on our Great Loop trip as we approached Charleston. Sent a text to Tidal Marine and Jeff was nearby and within the hour stopped by our boat and diagnosed the problem. I had messed around with it for hours to know avail. Asked him what I owed for the diagnostic and he said no charge! Highly recommend Tidal Marine.
With the exception of a radio and a linear drive, Jeff and Cole installed a complete electronics package as well as doing some electrical troubleshooting and solar upgrades on my sailboat. It’s rare in my experience to find someone so knowledgeable as Jeff. No messing around, straight to the issue, found his way around my boat in an instance, and made me very happy with the electronics that I have. I would highly recommend him and his team.
