I can't normally be bothered to write a review, but they really knocked it out of the park. I arrived quite a bit early and they were able to see me very quickly. The Audiologist was fantastic, he really helped give me some peace of mind on the condition of my ears and helped assuage some of my concerns. I went to Tidal for earwax removal and I highly recommend their services! I only wish I had gone sooner; within minutes of arriving, I had my hearing back crisper than ever. The difference pre and post appointment can't be understated, I feel like a whole new person!! Both doctor and receptionist were knowledgeable, hilarious, and professional. They put me right at ease, and answered all of my questions. So grateful to have my hearing back, thank you so much!!!

I saw Curt for ongoing dizziness and vestibular issues. I can't say enough good things about his knowledge, empathy and treatment. When I called, I was a bit desperate and he squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon at the end of the day. I'll be forever grateful. I never felt rushed--he listened intently and did numerous tests with me. I saw him twice and both appointments were thorough (hearing and balance tests). I left feeling hopeful and much better. So very pleased with the great service and professional support from Curtis, I am extremely pleased with this new world I am hearing, little things like hearing the Velcro sound when taking my sandals off, more importantly to be able to hear my 10 month old grandson , especially his laugh doesn’t hurt I’m not having to ask or say to my daughters, what’s that, pardon me, excuse me and have people look at me when speaking so I subconsciously am reading lips.
