I recently decided I should follow medical advice and obtain a hearing aid. I feel extremely fortunate that I went to Tidal Hearing and Balance! It has been so reassuring to have been assessed and fitted for the aid by an audiologist, Curt Wetmore. He is extremely passionate about the services he provides - assessment, fitting, education, counselling and follow up. And … the hearing aids sold are second to none! I hardly ever write reviews on local healthcare clinics, but Tidal Hearing & Balance is certainly deserving of an exceptional review today based on my experience. My hearing in my right ear was muffled since November 2024, and it turned out to be due to earwax buildup over time after being incorrectly diagnosed online. Curt is an excellent audiologist who truly knows his scope of practice and he had my issue resolved immediately upon arrival. I can't normally be bothered to write a review, but they really knocked it out of the park. I arrived quite a bit early and they were able to see me very quickly. The Audiologist was fantastic, he really helped give me some peace of mind on the condition of my ears and helped assuage some of my concerns.
