The guys were genial, effective and speedy. They took time to explain things so that I understood.
I was in need of a generator/electrical company to service my 2 year old Generac generator. The company I had been using had become completely unreliable and never answered calls or returned emails. A contractor I was using recommended Tidal so I gave them a call and spoke with Sam in the home office. He was very professional and accommodating. He set up an appointment for me within 3 days.
