Ticor Title Insurance helps get the papers signed. We started a Refi in the beginning of 2009, and at the end of the process, Dana was there at Ticor to sign the papers. She helped us deal with lenders asking for strange info, thus needing to do multiple faxes and rushes back to her office to sign new stuff. Her patience got us thru a strange trial.
