Ticor was unable to plan sufficiently to allow closing on time. A significant purchase such as a home should undergo significant scrutiny such that the closing date, set by Ticor, should be met. They were unable to meet their own closing date. Very poor performance on Ticor’s part.
Ticor not customer oriented – Upon arrival to sign documents to close on our new home at assigned time, we were told to come back the next day. Dockets from the Lake Oswego office was sent via the computer to be downloaded by a new staff member. She did not know how to download the documents, or use a phone to notify us of this problem. The staff member that was to handle this situation was sent home early and our appointment changed to the following day that we had to close on.
