Docs were given to title on Friday yet they could not get them together to have them signed even by the end of day Monday. Once they received the signed docs (9am) they still could not organize them to get it to the lender for funding for another full day. Pathetic, lazy, no concern for clientele at all. Bad attitude, slow and not credible – If I had known about how bad of service Ticor Title is, I would not have allowed my lender to use them to process my loan.
