Ticor failed to record to the county on the day of closing. So buyer (me) and seller had to extend closing by a day to avoid defaulting on the agreement. This all took place around 4pm the day of closing. All without an email, phone call, explanation, or apology from Ticor. Our realtors and lender called us to explain the situation and apologize for what sounded like Ticor's mistake.
