Fernley Ticor allowed a title transfer to remain uncompleted for over 3 years (~2022-2025), despite repeated interventions by the realtor and the buyer to push them to resolve the transfer with Lyon County - literally the one thing they were hired to do. When presented with this information they were defensive and tried to shift the blame back to the customer, and to previous staff (despite the supervisor making the statement being present for at least two previous requests to complete the work).
