Danielle Carrete and her team are excellent. They respond quickly and professionally to all inquiries. Their fees are straightforward and fair; nothing feels nickel and dimed like some other escrow companies that charge for line items like "loan tie-in fees" and extra "e-file" fees. They truly care about each person in the transaction and make the escrow process smooth.
2.9 is about 2.8 too much. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!
The escrow officers and staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have had an excellent experience with them and would highly recommend.
