I had the unpleasant opportunity of having to go through Vivian at the Bellevue location and she is rude and unprofessional. It’s sad that someone who’s been in the company as long as she has hasn’t been taught how to talk to other humans. I was very close to ending my business with ticor due to her unprofessionalism and incompetence. I will not be going through this business again.
Had such an awful experience buying my first home. To keep it brief: - Updates were never given along the process, I had to call and ask for updates each time. The bare minimum of information was given in return, but a full update was never once volunteered. - After initial submission, I was sent an online application to fill out which asked who to put on the title.
