Sadly, this was not a good experience for us. People were super friendly and kind, but communication was very poor and deadlines were missed, leaving us homeless for about 4 days as they were unable to finish the paperwork in time before they left for the long weekend. When I called to get more information nobody knew what was going on and it felt like we slipped through the cracks, like we were not a priority. So if you're looking for a title company, please choose another one and avoid the headache.
Working with Allie Hibbs at Ticor Title & Escrow is always such a great experience. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly organized, which makes every transaction feel seamless from start to finish. No matter what comes up, Allie is proactive, communicative, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone involved is taken care of.
