Cannot rely on this office to do the the proper due diligence. Escrow didn’t confirm the right payoff amount with lender and cost me an extra interest/month of mortgage. Escrow didn’t die anything to take responsibility. Terrible job. Would never recommend.
Dodie and her team, in concert with our realtor, were excellent from start to finish! Great communicators! As I was assisting my parents remotely, all documents and approvals were electronic…with the exception of closing. Closing was facilitated by Dottie and her team via a remote notary…which they organized while I was on vacation…entirely seamless! Highly recommend this team!
