I have worked with Dodie for over 20 years. She is efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
We recently had a transaction with Dodie. It closed late due to major miscommunication between Dodie and the lender. She ended up freaking out the buyer saying we needed a $8k survey completed in order for us to move forward with closing. It wasn't until another escrow agent stepped in while she was out that things were cleared up. Would not want to use Dodie again on a transaction, as it didn't feel that she knew what she was doing.
