Worst escrow company, ever. They don’t answer their phones or return calls, ever. Beyond dissatisfied. They delayed our closing process by not sending documents out when expected. A week went by before anyone returned any calls or emails regarding documents that they should have sent out days before. They cost me almost 500 dollars for a service I had waived(termite repairs) which they sent the lender the termite report, when they shouldn’t have.
