I had warranty work done on my Amana A/C using my 10 year warranty that I didn't purchase through Tico and hr responded to me on a Friday night at 9:00 and was out at my house on Saturday at 11:00 AM. No issues or delays due especially being warranty repair for 7 year old model. Honest, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly.

Jeison is the best! He arrived quickly to take a look at our AC unit, had it working in less than an hour, and was so knowledgeable offering tips for more efficient use. We will definitely call him again if we need any HVAC work. Highly recommend!

Our condenser went out on a 90 degree night, the next day was due to be mid nighties. Have my 81 year old mom who lives with us, and AC needed a fix asap due to her health issues, their team understands urgency, and had us up and running within hours of our call at a reasonable price. Appreciated working with your team Jeison!
