This organization offers a superb work environment with exceptional opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Colleagues are outstanding, and the management team consistently provides support. The company culture fosters a sense of community, making it feel less like a job. I am grateful to have had the pleasure of spending three years at TICO, which was undoubtedly one of my most rewarding experiences.

I arrived at the company to load and waited for two hours. They loaded two trucks onto my trailer. After driving 150 miles, my broker called to inform me that they had loaded the wrong truck. I had to return 150 miles back. This was a very bad experience for me, and I now have a very negative view of this company because they have unqualified employees. Additionally, no one compensated me for this.

TICO is a work place that allows you to grow, and earn achievements all around in the company , it is a place that is like a big family that works together to improve the TICO community as a safe and pleasant place to work. Things like family day, raffles, charities, cook outs and breakfast with Mr. Jim Grooms. Safety Classes With Mrs. Danielle (Safety Lady).
