Atrocious online order experience. Ordered two bedside tables but none delivered, no updates and all my attempts to communicate and seek assistance were not responded to. Emails, phone calls, Whatsapp all not responded. I had to raised a transaction dispute with my credit card provider and got my money back after almost 3 months. Buyers beware! Never again. Zero star, if I could.
Poor experience with online shopping via website. Did not hear anything regarding my order for over 2 weeks. Tickshop then ignored multiple emails asking about the status of my order. Eventually I got ahold of a staff member who was completely disinterested and unhelpful saying my “order was lost”, however no notification was ever sent to state that my order was out for delivery. Then he proceeded to say my item was out of stock after mumbling and groaning on the phone… Did not seem to care in the slightest. I wouldn’t shop ... read more
Just bought a coffee mug, well good quality and fancy design, love it!
An interesting place with all fun stuff and well designed furniture.
Very nice place with many interesting things. The furniture is really pretty and practical, and there are many very cute decorations and tableware.
