I'm unable to transfer my tickets from the tickets west site. I've had an account for years. It says"one or more tickets is pending to be transferred. One or more is ineligible to be transferred. I bought them in April and never had a problem before. The concert is tomorrow.
I bought tickets for the Lion King as soon as they went on sale and purchased seats as close to the stage as I could to accommodate my daughter who is visually impaired. Almost immediately afterwords I found better seats on a different day and Christine helped me cancel my order and found even better seats for me and my daughter that actually ended up being much cheaper. I am very grateful for her help and outstanding customer service.
I had a special situation - with someone unable to download tickets that were a gift. Contacted customer service and "Cristine" was quick and helpful in solving the problem. WE need more people who believe customer service is a priority. THANK YOU TicketWest -
I have worked with the local team in Spokane on numerous occasions buying additional Broadway tickets, or changing dates, etc. I have always been amazed at how great the team has been (Megan, Kristin, Cristine, etc.) They have gone above and beyond to make the client experience a positive one, and have been so helpful with swaps, etc. We are so lucky to have real people, living in Spokane, to help us, and I for one am VERY THANKFUL!
Cristine and Chris were amazing to work with. The were both so kind and patient. Answered all my questions. Did everything they could do to get the right tickets for an event that sold out in less than 2 hours. Thank you.
