Awful. I purchased tickets and can't see them as a guest, forced to create an account. Confirmation email showed a link to "download" them, good luck with that one! Link said "use your mobile device", but can't see them from my cellphone either, forced to installed Google wallet and transfer them to be able to see them. Just junk installed on my phone and an account with my information that I won't use anymore. Frustrating to not be open on the weekends when most of the events are happening I’m sure this is what causes most of your customer service complaints You’re employees will work weekends if you tell them too I promise
God awful non existent customer service. Tickets won’t transfer after hours of trying. Stressful and unnecessary lengthy process
Over book
Tried multiple times to contact them to add a ticket to our group, and never got an email back. There's no way to contact them by phone, and no way to resolve this on their site (that I could find). Had other issues with them as well, but this is the most recent... I just wish they were willing to have a phone number so people could actually contact them to resolve an issue.
