I had bought my tickets for an event 8 months in advance and I never received them. So on the day of the event I explained my situation to one of the tellers at the ticket booth and she immediately gave me my tickets on the spot. And I wasn't the only person that had that exact same problem. Two other people arrived with the same issue while I was talking with the teller. And they were taken care of immediately as well. Your platform is extremely difficult to use on a phone. Every time you send me a code, it closes the window where I would enter the code. When I reopen that window, it invalidates the code. Exhausting.
