We bought tickets pre-sale for a concert, section 1. My husband used his work address when he bought them, for some reason Ticketmaster made the tickets on his phone invalid. Long story short we had to go to the “Call Center” to get our tickets, thinking we had the SAME seats! NO Ticketmaster moved us to section 5!!! How does that happen?! We couldnt even see! We paid $85/ticket for section 1 only to be moved to section 5!! Please buy tickets elsewhere, Ticketmaster is terrible!
Brought tickets for neil young. When i purchased. Them i asked for paper tickets they said NO! You will get a notice 24 hrs before the concert and we will send you a email on how to get the tickets on your phone. The day of the concect i checked my emails and spam no notice! I qued up and signed in early on several occasions only for the tickets to sell out instantly. Nothing is done about bots and scalpers...
I would give zero stars if I could. When purchasing tickets, I received an error screen that informed me that my purchase was unsuccessful. I then went and purchased another set of tickets only to be charged for both sets. I then requested a refund for the first order. The issues that I have faced trying to deal with customer service since have been appalling.
