There should literally be an option for ZERO 🌟 This is THE WORST company ever! Their system sucks and customer service team is POINTLESS!! Everything about their business violates the Sgerman Anti Trust act but yet they still hold the monopoly on event tickets.
I purchased tickets to see the hobbit, for my husband's birthday almost 2 years ago. I have multiple emails about it being rescheduled and the last one I received was for August 28th. I then get an email stating to leave a review about how much concert was on April 28th. I didn't go, why would I go to a concert that hadn't happen yet. Worst ticket buying experience ever. When in purchased a ticket to the event I wanted received a ticket for a different event.And because it was through ticketmaster with a third party seller.I can't refund or resell the ticket. We'll never if I can ever buy a ticket through this process ever again. A two hundred dollar lesson learned.
