Bass legends helped me out for the Winery Walkabout weekend. I couldn’t book the winery that I wanted so they were able to override it and do it manually from there end. Ensuring me my group will have a great time!! They replied really quick and the customer service was awesome. Thanks guys!

I find Ticketebo great to deal with if you need any assistance at all, their support system is personal as you talk to an individual NOT a computer controlled impersonal system. Their booking fees are at the lower end of the market and there are no hidden fees, just a flat fee based on the ticket price and numbers of tickets purchased.

The team at Ticketebo have been outstanding. They have assisted us with a number of events from simple dinners to multiple session events. The benefits to our Association have been enormous - not just from a simplified process for our office staff but in increased sales which we have put down to ease of the ticketing system for the customers. Last year our seniors week event only attracted 60 attendees who contacted the office to purchase a ticket, this year we have over 160 using Ticketebo!
