Was in need of a day swap of tickets for a festival due to a last minute change of plans and after much stressing about how I was going to sell, rebuy or swap my tickets with someone else Ticketebo made it simple by exchanging the tickets for me no worries at all no questions asked. Immensely grateful as they have saved me the trouble of entirely rewriting holiday plans.
Terrible terrible terrible. 3 hours to get tickets to the Abbey Medieval Festival. Ticket que stopped for 30 minutes because your website couldn't handle the traffic. Excessively high booking costs not advertised by Abbey Medieval on their pages- breach of ACCC (reported).
Shit event booking app. Unclear instructions, freezing, breaking, slow, impossible to book tickets and manage a normal day at the same time. Was told tickets went on sale at 10 am. I was sent a link at 9am just as I was getting out of the shower then there was over 2000 people ahead of me in the queue. I intentionally made no appointments until 11am.
