I feel very cheated after doing business here. Was charged heavily on fees at the last screen and had free pick up. Couldn't pick up on weekend so they said they could ship for $5. Charged me $15.

Do not, I mean do not purchase tickets from ticket connection. We just got ripped off by these crooks. I was sold tickets for the Texans opening game and went to their store , made the purchase received my receipt ,then was told the next day , that I was sold the wrong tickets. A mistake on their part for selling them to me for regular price. I refused to take them back and get my money back because the deal was already made. They charged $20 over face value... And added on $30 of 'additional charges'... They called that a "delivery fee" but yet they had me drive to their office and pick up the tickets myself.... No thanks!! I rather not attend the show. I will be looking for tickets elsewhere next time and I never recommend Ticket connection.

I had a great experience at Ticket Connection. They found me seats that I couldn't find anywhere else. They were more expensive than the face value, but I expected that with the services they offered and the convenience of having a storefront so that I could talk with them face to face and see where the seats they were offering were. I don't know what happened with Htownbaby but i had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.
