We found a tick on my granddaughter that was really dug in. At first I took the picture and sent it to TickCheck and they identified it - then I sent them the tick and received the results both on my phone and email before the bloodwork even came back from the doctor's office. Great experience and great service!
I have gotten ticks tested here and requested a refund. I just want to say their customer service is amazing! I requested the refund and received a response within two hours on a weekend. All companies based online should be modeled after this one. God bless TickCheck!
