I was hesitant to make this post because I did enjoy my service but I just don't appreciate the non transparency on pricing especially when you ask and call before hand. Only typing this review because I also feel unsatisfied with how my nails held up a day after I got them especially for the price. I know that designs very in price but I ALWAYS ask what is your full price when I show inspiration photos so I stay within a budget I set for myself. This was my place to go for my nails especially because one of my favorite nail techs was here, but after she left decided to give other nail techs a chance and I regret it. Took my sister recently and she did not receive good customer service, quality of her nails is meh. Don’t recommend, and never going back.
I came for a pedicure and got the signature pedicure. The whole experience was great. Everyone is incredibly attentive. The place is clean and pretty. The pedicure was great, just as requested. I have nothing negative to say.
2nd time coming here for a pedi and they are always so kind ! Julie did my pedi today and she was so sweet & kind made sure I was comfortable and was able to get seated right away as a walk in
LADIES BEWARE!! Very unsatisfying experience. There’s so many other salons to try in the plaza. I’m pretty sure the lady who did my nails was using old un-sanitized materials. She used another file to clean a DISPOSABLE nail buffer. I cannot make this up I watched her cleaning it.
