Been there after my ACL surgery, physios didn't know what he is doing. He was scared to touch or push my knee. They worked on strength rather than movement, which resulted in building scare tissues on my knee and had to go for surgery 01 more time. Please don't fool people if you don't know the job. Emma is very thorough. She discusses the specific issues with you and tailors the treatments accordingly. Went in with major neck and shoulder issues and have all come good after a few sessions.
