Avoid This Building. A Horrifying Experience. Our experience at Morguard’s Tichester Park Manors was absolutely dreadful. We moved in on September 1, 2026, and within less than 24 hours, discovered over 10 cockroaches throughout the kitchen and bathroom. In the following days, we found them in our bedroom, refrigerator, and dishwasher as well. When I first reviewed this building, I didn’t leave a comment because I didn’t want to sound repetitive with the heating and poor maintenance issues, however, I feel like management continues to be negligent with its tenants. Today for example, we don’t have hot water since early in the morning and no one said a word. Not a note by the front or back door, nothing. Been a resident for over a year and have recently decided to move out. As mentioned by others, there's been no heat since the start of October 2025 and tenants are cold. Communication from Hazelview has been poor and it's been an incredibly frustrating 2.5 months. While I enjoy the community of tenants, I can't in good conscious recommend these apartments to prospect renters due to the poor management and lack of vital services.
