My apartment viewing with Sean Bennett was such a pleasant experience. I was shown up to 5 apartments, and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness relative to their cost. The place is close to the subway. walking distance from parks, nature views, grocery store, resturants and more. A gem really. I honestly think what really got me to love the space was how Sean was able to answer all my questions with great detail and profesionalism, especially in regards to the application process.
I recently was looking for an apartment in the area. I booked a tour with Amanda Elliston and was really impressed by her professionalism. She was very thorough in her tour and answered all my questions about the building and the neighbourhood. The building is close to the subway which is a huge plus for me.
