Been a resident for over a year and have recently decided to move out. As mentioned by others, there's been no heat since the start of October 2025 and tenants are cold. Communication from Hazelview has been poor and it's been an incredibly frustrating 2.5 months. While I enjoy the community of tenants, I can't in good conscious recommend these apartments to prospect renters due to the poor management and lack of vital services. Used to like living here, but there is still NO HEAT in 2 entire buildings between October and December 2025! There have also been no efforts at conciliation or gestures of care from the landlord while the boilers are (very, very, very slowly) repaired. No one should be without heat this long during a Canadian winter.

There has been no heat since October with no end in sight. Hazelview has done hardly even the bare minimum to help residents (a small space heater was provided after numerous complaints). Mold is growing in the bathroom due to the condensation from showers not drying quickly enough due to the lack of heat or exhaust system. Cannot recommend Hazelview to anyone inngood faith.

It’s the end of November and the heat still isn’t on. They keep promising to fix it, but the latest update says mid-December. The heat and hot water have been ongoing issues that haven’t been resolved. There is mold growing in the building because of condensation and the lack of heat. There is also a cockroach and mouse problem in the building that has not been properly addressed.
