We had a great experience with Tyce Electric! They were responsive and professional, quickly providing a quote for the work and were available on short notice to complete the job. The technicians were friendly and efficient, we will certainly be reaching out to them for any future electrical work we need. We highly recommend!
Never showed up or called. Unprofessional...
I originally rated one star because of a No call / No Show on the scheduled date/time, which, judging from other reviews, happens a good amount of time with this company. Apparently, though, when he does show up, he does a great job (based on other reviews). Since my original review, the owner has graciously offered to "make it right" by coming at my convenience and waiving the initial fee. While I appreciate this, I have declined the offer and am completing the repair myself.
From first contact (via text) to completed fix - 90 minutes! Lucked out that he had a cancellation and was able to come right away. Fixed the problem, replaced a circuit and fixed a light that had a broken wire. Reasonable price too.
No call / No Show! Judging from other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with this guy.
