Drew goes out of his way to be fair and ethical and is extremely timely. His is a number you definitely want to save in your phone for those unexpected moments!
Made an appointment to get my company vehicles oil changed and tires changed. Never showed. Never called to inform me they weren’t coming. Last time I used them they didn’t even rotate the tires when it was one of the main reasons I called. Highly recommend using someone else for your maintenance needs that is professional enough to at least tell you they can’t come.
I rarely, I mean RARELY, give reviews. But feel compelled in this case. I've used Tic Toc 7 times over the last three years mainly for oil changes, but on two occasions for replacing tires I had ordered online. Up until today, everything, absolutely everything, had been wonderful. Great service, good people. Drew has been terrific. So, I've had 5 star experiences up until today.
