I originally went to Sam because he had such great reviews online — and honestly, they were spot on. As soon as I walked in, I could tell why people speak so highly of him. I was just looking for a place to replace my watch battery and found this shop on Google Maps. At first, Sam seemed like a quiet guy… but wow, was I wrong! He turned out to be super friendly and welcoming. I met Sam for the first time on 25/9/25. I had noticed the store for years and walked in for a watch battery change. Apart from his obvious expertise, Sam was very kind, courteous, patient and professional. His store looks just like a traditional watchmaker’s shop! My child bit one of the links on my husband’s chain. I had never had jewelry repaired before, and I chose Sam because of all the wonderful Google reviews he has and now I understand why. His pricing is fair and reasonable, but the point of difference is impeccable customer service. Such a kind and wonderful soul. Joy shines through him. Highly recommend.
