I’ve tried here on four different interactions. All of which were rushed and over talking. When I pay for a service I want my nails, feet and eyebrows the way I want them to look. Each time I come in she fails. I’m over it. I show her how I wear my eyebrows now I look her. I don’t want know round eyebrows. Everyone else gets it done. Not to mention I caught a fungus on my toes. Change is overdue. I’m disappointed because I like to spend my coins in my community.
Came in to get my eyebrows arched and lashes done. One eyebrow is shorter than the other and the lashes completely fell off in less than 24 hours and there was no glue on the lashes just on the ends, barely enough to hold them on, then she had the nerves to ask me. Are you gonna leave a tip? Will NEVER go back
The new ownership and workers are not good. I’ve been going there and trying to give the new people a chance but they do horrible services. They can’t do basic things like pedicures. It’s always a new person that has no idea what they are doing. Kim can be good but she also rush and doesn’t take her time. I really hate when she does my nails.
