Very unprofessional. My car has been there for over 3 months and this guy claims he will fix it. Never picks up calls, reply texts but always excuses and making up stories(like just address the issue and say what the problem is) Meanwhile he picks when I use a different number and say he’ll call back but not true. Every week he tells me it will be ready the following week but it’s all lies.
