Possibly the most unprofessional place that I have ever heard anyone working at.
Would rate -5 stars. Unethically mishandled processing pension funds. Shown incompetent when completing QDRO’s - still incomplete. Lacks integrity and professionalism and customer service (lack of) receive by Nikki (co-manager) and Angela is deplorable!
Crooks still owe me almost 1000 dollars for me over paying for insurance benefits they should have fixed. Basically told me we're keeping your money and nothing I can do about it. My union ibew 683 is using these crooks to manage our benefits.
Absolutely one of the worst Companies I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.Retirement is supposed to be a Happy time,Not with TCI!!! Terrible!!!
