The owner of the company is a scammer. They offer you very little money and harass you during already sensitive situations. They don't allow you to get your things and use threats and pit couples against each other.
Vic Peterson is rude, spiteful and threatening when told I wasn't willing to sign. He's been harassing me and my husband for years to sell to him for next to nothing. This company is full of crooks looking to capitalize on people's pain.

Lori was very professional and easy to work with. Returned our messages promptly and was very accommodating when we needed to take care of some final details. We appreciate that she went out of her way to meet us at the property on a short notice. She was very understanding and I would highly recommend this company!
TIC was amazing, from first contact to last, we were treated with fairness, respect, and kindness. I love that they are a local business from right here in MN. I will definitely work with them if the need arises.
