From start to finish I have absolutely regretted using Tibbett's for my new construction home. The customer service (aside from Kim and Toni) has been sub-par. Communication is like pulling teeth. The quality of some of the material has me questioning how quickly I'll need to replace certain items. Not to mention they shipped a window that is warped and shows they aren't too keen on checking quality before shipment either. Amazing people, amazing customer service and the material is always better than others!
We have been waiting on several sliding door replacements for 9 months and have been stroked along with promises after promises that doors are ordered and just waiting for delivery so installation can be completed. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 40 plus years in the building industry. They deflect your questions up and down the chain with no clear answers or direction and you just continue to wait for return calls until you have to reach out to them and start the wait process all over again.
