Very good quality for lumber and mill work
From start to finish I have absolutely regretted using Tibbett's for my new construction home. The customer service (aside from Kim and Toni) has been sub-par. Communication is like pulling teeth. The quality of some of the material has me questioning how quickly I'll need to replace certain items. Not to mention they shipped a window that is warped and shows they aren't too keen on checking quality before shipment either. I will never refer Tibbett's and I absolutely am taking my business somewhere else for the remaining it... read more
