Had Tibbetts over this morning to fix a light switch and install some thermostats. Discovered a water leak which had made its way through the house. The two Tibbetts employees went out of their way to try to find the source—and eventually found it in an unlikely place under a heat pump header (plugged drain). We might never have discovered the source. These two guys went out of their way and went the extra mile to help us. Can't thank them enough. They saved us money and grief. I called them Nov 2nd. They would be out in two weeks. Didn’t show. Called again: secretary is rude and lies. Says they had emergencies. When asked if they could have at least called, no reply. I asked for someone else and she hung up. Unsure if she simply forgot or that their service is really THIS awful. Either way: awful.

I wish I could give this company a zero. We reached out to them in September and one of their electricians came by at the start of October, looked at the job we needed done which was wiring a building. We were promised it would be done by the end of October so we arranged for contractors to prepare the building and for other contractors to stand by at the start of November for final finishing.
