The worst banking I have ever dealt with. Their app doesn't work. No rewards. Call center never addresses any issues.
Company switched over credit card platforms. Gave everyone new account numbers. Credit report shows that I closed an account and my credit history is gone with the old account. My credit score dropped dramatically. They refuse to do anything about it.
