Unacceptable Experience – Credit Score Damaged by TIB’s Incompetence If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with TIB Card Services, specifically Keith Sims (VP of Card Services) and Rudy Ortega, has been one of the most frustrating, insulting, and financially damaging experiences I’ve ever had with a financial institution. The worst banking I have ever dealt with. Their app doesn't work. No rewards. Call center never addresses any issues.
Company switched over credit card platforms. Gave everyone new account numbers. Credit report shows that I closed an account and my credit history is gone with the old account. My credit score dropped dramatically. They refuse to do anything about it.
