I have 2 miniature chocolate poodles, so you know I have some $$$ to spend when it comes to grooming. I found that Tia's prices were very reasonable as I've taken my dogs to 2 other locations, one a private groomer, but geographically too far for the inexpensive prices and the last visit and treatment of my animals was not good. The other I spent a LOT of $$$ for a great job, but had to meet with the groomer's chastisement of my in home grooming ability...sorry, but I'm the customer and don't need to be talked to that way. After a year of dealing with another groomer and having our Havanese come home either too short or too long, we found Tia. Sugars first visit was a complete success. She came home looking fabulous and her cut has held up for 6 weeks. Sugar loved Tia and the way she was treated during her visit. Tia cares about the dogs and provides great customer service. Tia has been grooming my cocker Ellie for over 5 years. She is absolutely the best I've ever used. I really appreciate that she is quick, yet very detailed. I also love the fact that she is available on weekends now!! I give her 5 stars

The BEST- Tia has been our dogs groomer for about 4yrs. And I am so excited she is in Kirkland/Totem Lake area. She is THE BESTgroomer. I have a high maintenance pooch but she would never say that. She will use the no fragrance soap, shorten her nails, and trim fur to my specs not some breed standard. For two years I drove from Kirkland to Mill Creek (her old location). I would try other places once in a while in hopes of finding a groomer closer to where I live. They were always more expensive and substandard conditions. (Y... read more

When she moved, I felt that driving to Kirkland from South Everett was too far, so I tried someone else who is local. It was a huge mistake, so once a month, Baxter and I pile in the car and make our trip to Kirkland and Seattle, he to get groomed by Tia, and I to get groomed by my barber in Seattle.
