Always a relaxing experience - the staff is very attentive and kind. The salon/spa itself is very clean and tidy. 5/5 stars!

Very disappointed that I went for a gel manicure. My hands were never washed at any point which I asked about at the end only for a he lady who cashed me out to tell me ‘you can go wash your hands” rudely, as if it mattered at that point. A male in the front did my French gel manicure in about 20 mins, I started getting anxious having to move as quickly as he was with the UV lights.
