I’m so disappointed to be writing this, as I have been a loyal customer for years (especially under the old owners). Ever since the new ownership took over, my experiences have gotten worse and worse each time I go. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and return in hopes for a different outcome, and I constantly leave disappointed, after spending close to $200 the majority of the time. I am sooooo so so happy with my nails- I came here through a recommendation because it’s 2 minutes from my house. I always expect to leave nail salons mad because no one ever gets the shape right lol I wish I asked the woman’s name but she was on point and was super fast. They also have so many colors and types of paint- chrome, cat eye, etc so they are up to date with nail trends :) highly recommend!
