Absolutely loveeee my nails!! Tony is the best and the customer service is a 10/10!
Very disappointed that I went for a gel manicure. My hands were never washed at any point which I asked about at the end only for a he lady who cashed me out to tell me ‘you can go wash your hands” rudely, as if it mattered at that point. A male in the front did my French gel manicure in about 20 mins, I started getting anxious having to move as quickly as he was with the UV lights. Worst experience. I Went for my first time with my daughter after being referred by a friend. My daughter got gel X; within 3 days one nail broke and by day 5 they all came off. After only one nail came off, we went there to have it fixed which I paid to have it fixed; they were rude and did a horrible job fixing her nail. I will never go back there!!!! Waste of money. Sloppy job. Rude service.
The place was overall clean and the guy who did my nails was nice and friendly. However, I’m disappointed with the results considering how much I paid. The price was pretty expensive, and I also felt pressured to leave a tip at the end. It’s only been two days since I got my nails done, and I’m already noticing little chips in the polish/French tips. Not a good experience, the tech didn’t listen and my nails came out way different from the inspo photo. They also cut my finger and the tech wiped the blood off with their ungloved finger. Felt really unsanitary
