Dr. Roberts is direct and frank. She is knowledgeable, She teaches Psychology. I appreciated this, when I realized how few sessions my insurance covered. Once we got started, I understood that the point is to break down my patterns of behavior, and assuptions, that repeated themselves over years. Dr. Roberts is an attentive and sympathetic listener. In all, I felt that she was kind and supportive. She helped me change, and become a better person. I would recommend Dr. Roberts.

Dr, Roberts is knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic and provides grounded guidance, She understands the effects of psychological issues and the impact on family member. She listens and offers insight,

I contacted her after I was referred to her by my psychiatrist. We played phone tag for a couple of days. When she called, she told me she only had a couple of minutes as she was in-between other patients. I quickly explained my reason for calling and told her I was looking for someone close as I do not drive great distances due to my anxiety. I told her I have no trouble taking Uber as it's not that far from my house. She immediately said, we would not be a good match! I was flabbergasted

If you had a rating system less than one star, I would have used it. I contacted this provider approximately one month ago and asked if she was taking new patients. She said yes. I told her "good", because I was trying to find something close as I have anxiety on the road, but that I didn't have a problem utilizing Uber as she is not that far from me. Talked about personal matters regarding her other patients. I can understand doing this in a very anonymous way when it's relevant to the topic at hand, but sometimes she did this when it wasn't relevant and came across as gossipy. Didn't seem to give a lot of helpful constructive feedback, mostly just cheerleading. She seemed to talk for much of the time, oftentimes about herself and her other business. I didn't find her very professional or helpful.
