He did the same to us, paid him a $2,350 deposit in February to replace our in ground pool liner. Gave me the run around for the next few months (manufacturer delay, hurt his hand in a car wreck, etc.) and told me he would be refunding the money. Of course that never happened. Tracked down his ex-wife who basically told us that he was scamming people. Well I got a judgement against this thief for 2500.00 in civil count, I did find out I can file criminal charges since he never even started job just took my money and ran, Back to court but I'm not giving up
Do not use this company. Kevin took 2100.00 for a pool liner and said it would take a month. Turns out he's a crook. He never ordered liner and we can't find him to take him to court. We don't have the money now to get our pool fixed this summer
Do not use this guy. I needed a liner replaced in my pool to get it ready to sell by june 1st. Kevin came to my house and measured my pool. We agreed on 4000.00 dollars and I gave him 100.00 for gas, He wrote up a contract and ask for half down to order the liner. I gave him the money and after 3 weeks I contacted Him to see how things were going. Could not get a hold of him for a week.
