朋友推荐我来 Tianmeibeauty 体验 Chinese medicine 推拿和艾灸。作为第一次接触这种方式的人，我觉得挺特别的。师傅会先问我哪里最紧、平时是不是久坐，然后 一对一帮我处理那些比较紧的地方。比如我长期用电脑，肩颈和上背特别容易僵。推拿的时候师傅会慢慢找到那些比较紧的点，多按一会儿，让那一块慢慢放松下来。做完之后肩膀明显轻松很多，人也感觉放松了不少。整体感觉不是那种流水线按摩，而是 比较针对个人情况去做的 Chinese medicine 推拿，体验挺好的。
第一次体验中医调理，感觉非常惊喜。医生会详细询问身体状况，然后一对一针对问题进行治疗，非常专业也很细心。整个过程很放松，手法很精准，明显能感觉到身体在慢慢放松。做完之后原本不舒服的地方明显改善，整个人感觉气血都通畅了。这里不是普通美容护理，更像是真正的中医调理身体，效果很明显。

I randomly found Tianmei Beauty and tried the $88 session. It was honestly really relaxing and worth it. Already thinking about coming back again.
周末刚好到华人区吃饭，就预约了这家店来按摩舒缓一下。推广价88有推拿按摩刮痧拔罐，还有免费的半小时艾灸，真的很超值。师傅先问了有什么具体要按的地方，这办公室牛马最需要按肩膀和腰了。师傅的力度很好，把肩膀的筋都推开了。刮痧拔罐还把身体的湿气都排出来了。最后的艾灸也很舒服，还睡了大概15 20分钟，真的是很放松疗愈。
非常推荐，老板和按摩师人都很好，很友善，项目也很全，技术也挺专业的，我做了艾灸，拔罐和刮痧，效果挺好的。全身都很轻松，还教我回家怎么自己按摩处理一些简单的问题。非常推荐？
