I work for Hyatt House Tampa Airport Westshore. They constantly slide their menus under the room doors. No matter how many times we tell them not to. We are not a motel and that is classless. I understand that they are desperate for orders because THEY ARE NOT GOOD, but getting on our bad side won't help. We leave a menu at the front desk to inform the guests not to order from here. The Cubans were excellent but it took an hour and a half to be delivered to us when the restaurant was less than four miles away. The fries were soggy and barely warm after sitting inside the styrofoam. Could have been a home run but left us feeling sad after such a long wait.
I ordered a,chicken Philly with only the meat and cheese but what I received was chopped fried chicken and cheddar cheese. I'm a chef so I know what a chicken Philly is supposed to look like.

This company does understand not to drop off their flyers at the hotels in the Avion business park. We have told them numerous times that our guest does not like them sliding their flyers under their doors. They disregard our request to not bring flyers. If you can please select another pizzeria. They have also been know to call and harrass our guest if they canceled their orders from this place for “taking to long to deliver”. Please save yourself the heartache of dealing with this company.
