Amazing massage! I was having so much pain in my neck and feet and it was amazing!
Tiana therapeutic bodywork is a fantastic place to get a massage. The lobby is warm and nicely decorated. Really sets the tone for your appointment. The massage rooms is clean and cool and dark. When I arrived Tiana made sure to ask me about areas of concern. I did come because I was experiencing shoulder pain. She focused on that but did treat my entire body. Shoulder pain is now gone. I will definitely book again.

/5 Stars - The best sports massage I’ve ever had.As someone who trains hard, I am very picky about bodywork. Dr. T is hands-down the best in the business. She took the time to listen to my problem areas before starting and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. The blend of deep tissue work and targeted stretching completely opened up my tight hips and shoulders. Dr. T is professional, highly knowledgeable, and deeply invested in client recovery. I will definitely be a regular client!
