I got a deep tissue massage from Tiana. As an athlete who’s been training for years, my body was in dire need for some rejuvenation. I had a bunch of knots and tightness in areas i didn’t know (body just adapted) but I feel like I can breathe deeper and move more fluid after the first session. She definitely knows what she’s doing and she WANTS to heal your body too — that is the biggest factor imo. She will talk you thru the massage to put you at ease. Easiest and most deserving five stars ever.
