I’ve been coming to Tiana’s for years now but my service today was way too good not to write a review. I get pretty intricate designs so I know I can be a more challenging customer but I was blown away today by the nail artist Nina. She was SO kind and detail oriented and gave me the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. They speak for themselves! 1000/10, will be coming back on Sundays for her.
Overall a great experience! I had Lynne doing my nails today and she did a wonderful job. She was very kind along with the other staff, great experience and environment!
I paid $70 for Gel-X French tips, and within 3 days, they started popping off. The quality was disappointing — the nails looked bulky, and they didn’t even use a proper salon-grade UV light, just a small handheld one that looked like something you’d buy at Target. The appointment also took twice as long because the person doing my nails kept getting up to handle the front desk despite having staff who were not busy with clients. I understand she needs to help with operations, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of quality... read more
